What are the requirements?

  • Pro-active approach
  • Strong administration skill with attention to detail
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • Communication skills in Czech/Slovak
  • Fluent English
  • Familiarity with MS Office package

Main duties of our new colleague?

  • Administer HR-related documentation for the whole CEE and SEE region
  • Answer employees query about HR-related issues
  • Keep up to date internal HR system
  • Maintain HR attendance system
  • Provide payroll provider with relevant employee information for monthly payroll
  • Help HR team with diverse internal HR marketing to help people feel nice at work
  • Organize interesting HR events such as teambuilding, training, massages at work, sports events and much more…
  • Recruit of blue-collar colleagues within whole region
