Execute the logistical and technical management of the production unit to assure the highest production,
including managing and washing trays, bailing, repairing and handling other materials. Production should
take place against the lowest possible costs taking into account the SHEQ standards, rules and legislation.
Manage the assigned organizational unit in terms of people, performance, budget and working conditions in a way that enables the organizational unit to reach the goals.
2. Depot management
Taking care of a well functioning service center, including their technical installations, in line with legislation and management policies aiming for optimal quantitative and qualitative flow, (supply) reliability and optimal stock management (both physical and financial).
3. Process improvement
Bringing ideas to improve the profitability.
4. Work planning
Coordinate the work planning and if applicable ensure the contract with the service provider is being executed properly.
