Infrastructure Services Lead

Infrastructure Services Lead
Location: Rijswijk, NL 

Purpose of the role

As the Infrastructure Services Lead you control the Infrastructure services which are needed to guarantee and innovate the daily business of EPS in Europe.

You ensure that ICT services are delivered through a combination of their own organization and an ecosystem to external suppliers. You have a pivotal role to our business departments to ensure that the services meet the business needs of our internal and external customers and suppliers in accordance with the agreed KPIs and SLAs.


  • Ensuring optimal application services and service integration in an environment with multiple suppliers
  • Designing SLAs with our business partners
  • Manage complex multi-party incidents and first-line escalations
  • Report on the services that are delivered on a regular basis, development of KPI dashboards
  • Prioritize and effect as manager of your team, your activities
  • Contract and supplier management, based on adequate KPIs
  • Lead and improve the process of ICT service management
  • Manage customer satisfaction by conducting evaluations


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or similar
  • 5 year relevant experience in a similar role in an environment with multiple suppliers
  • Logistical background is a Pré
  • Excellent in stakeholder management (customers, suppliers, C-level)
  • Service minded
  • Experience with project management and ITIL work method
  • Ability to structure and monitor the quality of the delivered products and services
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, workplace management, networking and security technologies
