Job Responsibilities
- Overall management of the logistics and service center operations.
- Responsibility for achieving operational goals, KPIs, and budget targets.
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of employees.
- Organizing and coordinating daily operational activities.
- Ensuring the efficient functioning of warehouse and logistics processes.
- Overseeing the technical condition of equipment and facilities.
- Collaborating with customers and ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Implementing process improvements and optimization initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, quality standards, and internal company policies.
